Terms of Service

• You need a working email address, and you're responsible for keeping access to it.
• You're responsible for activity under your account. Use a unique password, and enable two-factor authentication if you have staff privileges.
• One person or organisation per account. Don't create accounts to evade a suspension.
• You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live. If you're not, ask a parent or guardian to hold the account.

• Usernames are first-come, first-served, with a reserved list for platform routes and brand safety.
• Handles that impersonate linkva.se, our staff, or another person or organisation are not allowed and may be reclaimed.
• Squatting — registering handles you have no intention of using, in bulk or to resell — is not allowed.
• Changing your username keeps a redirect from the old one so links you've shared keep working. The old handle stays reserved for you while that redirect exists.

Your content is yours. You keep ownership of everything you upload and write. You grant us only the permission needed to host it, serve it to visitors, cache it, and generate link previews and QR codes for it.

You may not use linkva.se to publish or link to:

• Phishing pages, credential harvesters, malware, or deceptive redirects.
• Content that sexualises minors, in any form. This results in immediate termination and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against people, or that promotes hatred on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Material you don't have the rights to distribute.
• Spam, engagement farms, fake giveaways, or schemes designed to defraud.
• Anything unlawful where you or your audience are located.

Adult content is not permitted on public, listed pages. If your work is adult in nature, keep the page unlisted and label the destination clearly.

Anyone can report a page or a link with the report button. Reports go to a moderation queue, and every decision requires a written reason that is recorded in an audit log. Depending on severity we may:

• Remove a specific block.
• Disable a page — visitors see a notice, and you keep access to edit it.
• Add a destination domain to the platform blocklist.
• Suspend the account, which takes the page offline and signs out every session.
• Delete the account, for severe or repeated violations.

We'll tell you what happened and why by email. If you think we got it wrong, reply and a human will look again. We prefer fixing pages to removing people.

Requests are rate limited to keep the service healthy for everyone. Don't attempt to circumvent those limits, scrape the platform at scale, or probe for vulnerabilities without contacting us first. If you find a security issue, tell us at security@linkva.se and we'll work with you.

Connecting a domain is free. You are responsible for owning the domain and keeping its registration and DNS in order. We verify control via a TXT record before serving anything, and we issue TLS certificates automatically. If a domain stops resolving, your page remains reachable at your linkva.se handle.

linkva.se is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for high availability and cache public pages aggressively so they stay up under load, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime or data loss. Keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable.

We may change these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use linkva.se after that point means you accept the updated terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, blocks, uploads, subscriber list, domains and analytics. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, and we'll explain why when we do.

There is none. linkva.se has no paid plans, no trials, no usage caps designed to push you toward an upgrade, and no premium-only features. If that ever changes, existing free functionality stays free — we won't take features away from you and sell them back.
